About the role

We're building CORE, a hospital information management system used by clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, and cashiers to run real medical workflows end to end. You'll join a small engineering team in Bandung shipping features across the full stack.

What you'll do

  • Design and build Go services and REST APIs that power clinical and cashier workflows

  • Build the web frontend for those same workflows that are form-heavy clinical screens, cashier flows, and the loading, error, and permission states that make them trustworthy

  • Model real hospital domains

  • Write PostgreSQL schema and migrations, and the queries behind them

  • Own features from ticket to production: API design, implementation on both sides, tests, and docs

  • Add authorization, audit, and step-up controls to sensitive actions (payments, discounts, record changes), and develop the UI

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience on both sides of the stack: you can ship a Go/REST backend and the frontend that consumes it

  • Comfortable building web UIs with a modern framework (React/TypeScript or similar)

  • Comfortable with relational databases and SQL, especially PostgreSQL

Nice to have

  • Experience with healthcare, fintech, or another domain where correctness and audit trails are non-negotiable

  • Familiarity with Docker, CI, and API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)

  • Experience with RBAC, authentication, or transactional/financial logic

  • An eye for usable interfaces in dense, data-heavy applications

  • Comfort working from a spec and reconciling it against an existing system
